With thousands of items available
on www.royal-paper.com, and new products constantly being added, finding the product
you're looking for may seem a bit daunting. To find exactly what you need as
quickly as possible, we provide a search by Item Categories and a Search Engine to search by
Item Code, Item description, combined keyword or perform an Advanced Search to narrow your search results.
Item Categories Search
To make things easy, we've grouped out products into several categories. These categories are located on the
left-hand side of all pages in the website. Within each of these categories, there are sub categories that provide
a "drill-down" until you reach the lowest level of a category where an item code will be displayed.
You can easily navigate forward and backward to locate the item you are looking for.
Search Engine
If you are unsure what category a product might be listed in, try our Search Engine at the top of every page. The
Search Engine works in 4 ways:
Item Code - Use this search if you know all or part of the Royal item number.
We generally use manufacturer's part number in our item code.
Description - If you want to search by the item description
you can use this option. Keep in mind that sometimes "less is more" and that abbreviations commonly used, for example
BLACK may be listed as BLK.
Combined Keyword - If you want to search by the item code and item description
you can use this option. Results will returned for any item that has part of the search value either in Item Code or Item Description.
Advanced Search - This search method allows you to specify
criteria for multiple fields at one time. If you provide us a list of your part numbers, you can search our site by
part number from the Customer Part Number.
Every now and then you may get a search that returns No Results. If
you see this, please check to make sure that you spelled the keyword correctly.
